I got this for Bill this year (act surprised on Sunday if you’re reading this, honey!) and I am so excited about this gift. The Oura Ring tracks your sleep and activity level each day, painting an accurate picture of your potential each day. Once you place your order, the company sends you a sizing kit or you can do what I did, and just print out one of many sizing guides online. I placed Bill’s wedding ring on the correct size circle and found his size that way so I could get it in time for Sunday. Can’t wait to surprise him!
